Carlos Stevenson Valdés advises companies on labor and employment matters, including individual and collective labor law, workplace harassment investigations, and judicial defense.

Additionally, he advises companies and individuals on matters related to Consumer Protection Law, contracts governed by Law No. 19,496, and judicial defense against consumer claims, as well as corporate entities in banking and CMF-regulated markets.

He served as Chief Legal Counsel at Citibank N.A. in Chile for 15 years, Chief Legal Counsel at CCAF Los Héroes for 15 years, and Legal Advisor to Sociedad Emisora de Tarjetas de Pago Los Héroes for 8 years.
