Claudio Campos Bierwirth is a founding partner of BBG Abogados Latam Chile. He advises both Chilean and foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions, financing, investment funds, corporate matters, and international commercial transactions in general. He also advises financial institutions, lessors, and domestic and international airlines on all types of financing and leasing of aircraft, helicopters, and vessels.

With over 30 years of experience, his professional background includes in-house corporate roles as General Counsel of Lan Airlines S.A. (2002–2007); Attorney at the Legal Department of Enersis S.A. (1999–2002); and Endesa S.A. (1995–1999).

He also served as an Attorney/Associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP in New York, United States, during 1998.

Prior to forming BBG Abogados Latam, Claudio was a member of renowned law firms, where he advised Chilean and foreign companies, banks, and financial institutions on corporate acquisitions and sales, equity offerings in Chilean and U.S. markets, and debt issuances in international markets.
