Daniel Bustos Quijada participates and collaborates in litigation in civil and commercial matters, arbitrations in national courts and CAM Santiago, as well as processes against State Administration Bodies, in administrative and judicial venues.

He has been involved in significant legal proceedings concerning breaches of public concessions, corporate arbitration between a Chilean firm and a foreign company, and unfair competition litigation involving trademarks and advertising.

He has been an assistant professor of Legal Clinics at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile since 2016 and a volunteer lawyer at the SOS Legal Foundation since 2023.
