Félix Guerrero focuses his professional practice on general civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, disputes in engineering, construction, and urban planning, antitrust/competition law, administrative litigation, consumer protection law, constitutional protection actions (recursos de protección), corporate liquidations, and bankruptcy reorganizations, among others. He was a Senior Associate at Barros & Errázuriz Abogados (2006–2012) and Associate Attorney at Vial & Palma Abogados (2001–2006).

He is an Arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), a member of the Chilean Bar Association, and the Chilean Society of Construction Law.
