Currently, he is a partner and General Manager of ASR GLOBAL S.A.S. He has served as Deputy Superintendent for Telecommunications and Director of Investigations at the Superintendency of Public Utility Services, Legal Advisor to the then Superintendency of Banking (now Superfinanciera), the Telecommunications Regulation Commission (now CRC). He was a partner at Abogados y Consultores, General Manager of LeaseTech C.A., and Manager of the International Custody Division at Banco Venezolano de Crédito."
