External Consultant of the firm in the areas of Infrastructure and Public Law. He has professionally served as a legal advisor in the structuring of various Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and significant strategic infrastructure projects. Before starting his consulting activities, he co-directed the Infrastructure and Public Law practices at Rodríguez – Azuero Abogados and Selfinver Abogados.

He has also worked as a Legal Advisor in the areas of project structuring, infrastructure, and public services at Selfinver Banca de Inversión and in significant State Entities where he was responsible for handling various matters related to state contracting, mining law, and administrative law.
