Laura Arboleda Arboleda is the Director of the Labor & Immigration Practice Group at BBG Legal Latam, Colombia.

She advises domestic and international companies on managing both individual and collective labor relations. She also handles immigration procedures for foreign workers, corporate clients, and their families.

She brings 10 years of professional experience to her practice. She has successfully managed litigation related to constitutional and statutory employment protections (fueros). Additionally, she has participated in corporate transactions involving the transition of over 600 employees, along with the corresponding restructuring of positions and corporate reorganization.

Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, where she completed her undergraduate studies on a 100% Academic Excellence Scholarship. She holds a Master’s Degree in Employment and Labor Law Advisory from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Postgraduate Specialization in Labor Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
