Ludy Natalia Muñoz Roberto advises clients in the audiovisual and advertising sector on contractual matters and also on the clearance of audiovisual production, art review, and in general on intellectual property matters in the entertainment sector.

She has experience in advising companies whose highest value is intangible assets, he has advised technology-based ventures and companies in the structuring of protection strategies through intellectual property and in the implementation of contracts that regulate copyrights, licenses and trademarks.

She is a lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has a Master's Degree in Telecommunications, Data Protection, Audiovisual and Information Society Law from the Carlos III University of Madrid.  She has studied legal tech and a legal perspective of the audiovisual industry, as well as a diploma in Copyright from the University of Pennsylvania.
