Luis Felipe Barrios Cadena was a founding partner of BBGS Abogados, together with the firms Bambach y Campos, García de Luca y García Velasco, and Sacovertiz y Landerer (2014–2026).

He has extensive experience in corporate operations, private contracting processes, as well as in legal aspects related to entertainment and advertising products.  He has led several projects of special relevance, such as the development of supply chain contracting models and processes for BP Exploration Company and for Equión Energía Ltd., the negotiation of the international Joint Venture for the commercialization of the Merrell, CAT and Hush Puppies brands in Colombia. He has experience in the creation of sophisticated national and international structures for planning and heritage protection, among other projects.

He has participated as legal counsel of various productions for open and closed television and platformssince 2000, including "Expedition Robinson", the first reality show produced in Colombia, Pop Stars, X Factor in multiple seasons, among others. In the development of this work, he has advanced the negotiations of the respective format licenses and attended to all the legal aspects related to the pre-production, production and post-production of the programs. Additionally, he has been legal advisor in the generation of content for series of wide dissemination and national and international success, including Bloque de Búsqueda, El Comandante y Escobar, El Patrón del Mal. She has also attended to the legal aspects related to more than 40 audiovisual productions such as Rosario Tijeras, La Baby Sister, La Reina del Flow, El Inútil, among others, as well as advertising and audiovisual productions in digital media.

He is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, with a specialization in media from the Universidad de Los Andes. Since 2019 he has been a professor of the Entertainment Law course at the Universidad de Los Andes.
