He has professional experience in corporate, corporate and financial law.  Specifically, in advice on the planning, structuring, and execution of projects for the purchase and sale of shares, assets, mergers and spin-offs of companies, as well as the implementation of good corporate practices.

She is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario with a major in Commercial Law and International Law. She is currently pursuing a Specialization in Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
