Martin Camilo Rodriguez Cubillos conducts legal research, drafts legal documents, and assists in case preparation.

He is a law student at Universidad de los Andes, with minors in Geography and French Language and Culture. He has served as a Teaching Assistant for the courses "Constitution and Democracy" and "Constitution: Rights and Guarantees."

In 2021, he was awarded a government scholarship to pursue his undergraduate studies, earned through his distinguished performance on the national state examinations.

He is a member of the "Francesco Carrara" Criminal Law Research Group and the Public Administrative Law Research Group.
