He has served as a legal advisor to companies, including (i) Concesia SAS on environmental and social issues for its participation in bidding and contractual processes related to the fourth generation of road concessions (2013-2015); (ii) ISAGEN on environmental issues and prior consultation with indigenous communities (2011-2012). (iii) Acerías Paz del Río S.A (2008 – 2010), in judicial representation; and other companies and associations on environmental content.

He has also been a consultant to the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development for the review, drafting, and translation of documents, as well as the preparation of concepts, administrative acts, and legal studies necessary for the negotiation of agreements, treaties, and other documents that the Ministry must subscribe to, especially in the process of joining the OECD (2017).
