Tatiana Medina Otero advises and represents clients in all types of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, particularly in cases of National and International Arbitration, Business Insolvency and different Civil and Commercial Law matters before the Ordinary Jurisdiction and different Superintendencies.

She participated in the International Arbitration promoted by one of the main players in the international carbon market against a Panamanian company, before the International Arbitration Center of Madrid - CIAM.

She is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario with an emphasis on Commercial Law, and has a specialization in Commercial Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.  

She completed an Academic Exchange at the Jean Moulin University Lyon III, France.
