Carlos Arnaus Martin is a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience continuously advising national and international clients in the structuring, operating and growth of businesses and business groups. His practice is focused on corporate and commercial, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, family businesses and private clients, as well as transactional structuring and equity holders’ relations.

He is experienced in institutionalizing and professionalizing family businesses, designing corporate structure, drafting of family procedural protocols and governance mechanisms, protection of minority shareholder rights and providing guidance during restructuring, expansion and the separation of equity holders. Likewise, he also advises corporations and business groups, participating in management bodies and supporting clients during the strategic decision-making process.
