Fernando García de Luca co-founded BBGS Abogados with the firms Bambach y Campos, Barrios Montenegro y Sacovertiz, and Landerer (2014–2026).


He has over 30 years of professional experience. Before founding the Firm, he worked in the offices of the renowned firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP in New York and London. He was also a Foreign Associate in the securities and corporate area at the New York offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.


He is a law graduate of the Universidad Panamericana and holds a Master's in Tax Law from the same university.


He has taught at the Master's degree level on several occasions.
