At the Insolvency area, we carry out interdisciplinary work together with our allies in tax matters and the Corporate Law, Industrial Property, Dispute Resolution and Private Client areas to provide our clients with highly specialized support and advice in the different insolvency procedures. Our team has a recognized track record in national and transnational insolvency procedures, as well as insolvency procedures of natural persons and in the support of our clients in the restructuring of their assets and negotiation of liabilities.

Advice and representation, both for debtors and creditors, in business reorganization procedures.

Advice and representation, both for debtors and creditors, in judicial liquidation or private liquidation procedures.

Advice and representation of our clients under insolvency procedures under special regimes, health promoting entities, health service provider institutions, entities supervised by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, public law entities, State-owned industrial and business companies and residential utility companies.
